Registration

Semi-annual or annual membership on DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM has no tenure constraints, but requires a minimum service period of 6 months. Billing periods will be semi-annual and/or annual, starting from the date of enrollment.
Even if the user cancels, they will continue to receive service until the end of their billing cycle.

You may cancel your membership at any time from DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the renewal date. If the user does not cancel and the membership automatically renews, DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM is not obligated to refund the amount. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of enrollment or for non-use of the service.

Monthly and annual membership is paid in advance in a lump sum. These options do not allow full or partial refunds if you decide to discontinue the service before 6 or 12 months respectively.

Semester or annual memberships are compatible with discount codes. If a user with a discount switches to a semi-annual or annual subscription, he or she loses the discount.

In the six-month and annual plans, enrollment automatically renews at 6 and 12 months respectively. To cancel the next payment, you must do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
 
Monthly planning reviews
 

The user can request a full review of his or her schedule each month or billing cycle so that the coach can analyze and update what he or she deems necessary. If the user does not request the review, the coach will have no feedback and will not know what needs to change.

In semi-annual or annual enrollment, review may be requested monthly, referring to the date of payment.
 
Conditions of acceptance
 

Registration on DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM, whether through the website or the mobile application, the provision of service by DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM depends on DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM ‘s full acceptance of these conditions. Therefore, anyone who does not agree or commit to behave in accordance with them will not be allowed to use the service. Access to and use of the DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM website and/or mobile application implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Accordingly, for each person who is actually a user of DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM, it is presumed, at the time of registration or thereafter, that he or she has read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which is indivisible from these terms, having expressly agreed to both.

The user may revoke his consent at any time and proceed to revoke this contract, without recognizing any right to compensation or refund of amounts already paid, nor is he allowed access to DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM again, proceeding to the destruction of his personal data.

The current provisions will apply between the parties for the duration of the contract, which will be determined according to the specific plan signed.
 
Definition of terms

The applications produced by DUCCIOSGUERRI.COMareintellectual works protected by Intellectual Property Law and are protected by applicable legislation, in particular by Decree-Law No. 252/94, of October 20, on the Regime of Legal Protection of Computer Programs, as well as by EU directives and international treaties. Each of their elements (such as design, text, video, music, graphics, images, information, applications, sounds, colors, logos, website design, applications and tools, etc.) is the exclusive property of DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM company, which is the only one authorized to use the intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction and/or total or partial representation, use, adaptation or modification of the applications or any of their component elements, in any medium or form whatsoever, for other purposes, particularly commercial, is prohibited.
 
TC MODIFICATION

The Professional agrees to maintain in absolute and total confidentiality any personal or business data, even if not marked as confidential, of all available information to which he or she will have access through the distribution of the software web application.

Protected or confidential information means any information that, regardless of the medium used, consists of technical and non-technical information of a financial, commercial or technological nature, in particular: intellectual and industrial property, know-how, conclusions, business models, working models, trade secrets, studies, formulas, methods, drafts, drawings, photographs, prototype samples, models, financial, technological data and information related directly or indirectly to the distribution of the pre-beta version of the software framework or any other commercial, legal and/or fiscal element, or any other information related to the software, distributed in any form.

The correspondence of the software to the user’s needs;
The exemption of errors in the software;
The reliability, timeliness, or performance of the software;
No advice or information, verbal or written, obtained by you from DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM shall constitute a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
System malfunctions

You may not use any device, software, or other tool that interferes with the activities and operations of DUCCIOSGUERRI.COM and its app. Any intrusion, attempt, or activity that violates or contravenes the intellectual property right laws and/or prohibitions set forth in these Software Terms of Use will make the subject liable for relevant legal actions, with liability for any damages caused.
